Work continued in Spring to finish off the fencing and hedging and to keep the site tidy.  Existing hedges were tidied up and the arbour was sited in the far corner.

But, without planning permission, we knew that there was only so much that could be done.

We were so very fortunate to make the acquaintance of a surveyor who specialised in planning applications and he became involved at this stage.
