In November, the first stage of our planning application took place.  Al, Reet and Ashley attended a meeting with South Norfolk Council, at which they presented the plans as a pre-planning enquiry.

The meeting was successful and the Council advised that ‘The proposal is one which can be supported under policy DM3.16 subject to details of the need for the facility and accessibility to the community to be served.’  This meant that we could proceed to a formal planning application and had a good idea that the Council were generally supportive of what we were planning to do.
